Below are the policies specific to the Brand Voice Consultation. Please also visit http://www.nicolebonsol.com/terms-and-conditions for our general policies.
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
By booking this consultation you understand that you will need to submit responses to my Branding Questionnaire and relevant written content you have generated for your website and other marketing purposes. These responses are due 1 WEEK before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to provided this prep work by the deadline we will need to reschedule your appointment.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If something changes in your schedule, you may reschedule your appointment at any time using this calendar software. Rescheduling your appointment carries no extra charge.
I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if a personal emergency or other conflict arises. If I am unable to reschedule your appointment within 30 days of our original, I will provide a refund.
FINAL BALANCE AND LATE PAYMENTS
The final balance of $250 is payable after our final meeting. Once I have sent your final invoice, you have 48 hours to make your payment. After 48 hours a late fee of $50 will be added to your final balance.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Please be certain (and excited!) before booking your consultation.
If you decide to cancel this service and you have not yet submitted answers to your questionnaires, a full refund is available. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Once processed, the refund may take 2 weeks to show up in your account.
Once you've submitted any portion of your questionnaires or website content for review, no refunds are available.
